Section 2: Rules

Please read very carefully!

Rules and Regulations

*Respect your driver, others and self at ALL TIMES!

*Keep the van clean

*Head, arms, and hands inside the windows

*Students must be quiet at railroad crossing

*Drivers are authorized to assign seat

*Remain seated while van is in motion

*Profanity will not be tolerated‼️‼️

*All listening devices, such as phone or tablets must have earbuds

*Please try to call the night before, if your child will not be riding in the morning or if you will be picking up your child from school (If you don't notify me the night before, a fee of $30.00 will be added to the regular transportation week)

*Name should be on all lunch boxes, coats, backpacks, etc. to help return items to students when left on the van

*Seat belts will be worn always!

*Children may be photograph for business reasons

*My company cannot transport children that are sick.

*A doctor's note may be required to continue pick up

*NEW ROUTE RULE, each student must be on the porch or standing by the mailbox by the arrival time

*Masks are optional unless you have a cold, I will still check temperatures.

The normal body temperature ranges from 98.6 F to 99 F degrees. Anything over 100.4 F most often means you have a fever caused by an infection or illness. (can't use the service when ill, Thanks.) 

Section 3: payments/rates

Please read payment instructions carefully

My Company will send out payment schedule reminders, weekly, biweekly or monthly. This is set in place to help my company trace all payments, to make sure we handle all discrepancies accurately.

To terminate your weekly transportation service, please notify my company one week in advance; If my company isn't notified, one payment will apply to your regular weekly fee. (If for any reason your service must terminated, without fulfilling the weekly obligation you as the parent or guardian agree to upon service, no refund will be issued.) this goes back to the above underline paragraph, stating that a week notice must be given from a phone call, or text message)

Registration is annually ($40)

*(No part time rates available at this time)

*Weekly payment are $95 to $125 dollars a week (depending on the distance)

*My day fee is $40 each way

*All prices are subject to change due to fuel prices.

*Any transportation ride over 15 minutes going one-way will be a higher price.

*It's a dollar a minute if I'm still waiting (1) after your pickup time. (I will charge you that day) Please be ready! Thank You For your understanding!

*Your service can be terminated for non-payment at any time. If you fail to pay on Saturday before 12pm, a late fee/plus the weekly fee must be paid or service will not be granted on Monday morning. Thank you for your understanding.

Application fee is non-refundable.

*As long as my company is open, payment will be expected, even if the child ​misses' days during the week of service. Even if the child pays by the month, moving payments from week to week will not be allowed. My service is open 6 days a week, Monday-Saturday/ 5:00 am until 6:00 pm. PLEASE UTILIZE MY SERVICE. Thank You for Your Understanding!  (Saturday transportation will be upon request, call on Thursday's to be added to the Saturday transportation schedule.)

Saturday's Pick-Up/Drop off is upon request!

*If your child will be taking a break from using the service, without Termination of the service; to hold their seat, a fee of $40.00 will be expected, each week the child is absent.

*Transportation fee or fees are due every Friday before 7pm, a late fee of $25.00 will apply on Saturday.

Please try to make on time payments/late fees aren't waived!!

Holiday Schedule:

During Thanksgiving, Christmas, Spring Break and any other days that the school will be close for weeks at a time, a $40 hold seat fee is required. (This policy is put in place to ensure the child will be returning to the company.) I receive calls daily for service, if know payment is made to hold the seat, that means the seat is available for another child/children. Thank you, for your understanding!

My business is closed on all major holidays!

*Inclement Weather- My company has nothing to do with the weather, payments for the week will remain the same, Thanks.

Before you submit your application payment, make sure you have talked to someone in my company. application fees are non-refundable.
